Ryan Rybolt, President

As president, Ryan is responsible for acquiring national accounts as well as new market development.
Ryan has more than 10 years’ experience in the payment processing industry, including his current tenure at Infintech and his former years with Fifth Third Bank. While at Fifth Third Bank, Ryan gained extensive experience as a project manager in the Information Technology organization. Within two years, Ryan joined the Product Development group and gained immediate responsibility for the petroleum industry, the merchant boarding process, and all merchant online-reporting systems.
Prior to working in the payment processing industry, Ryan worked as a competitive business analyst for Procter & Gamble, and also as a business process consultant for Andersen Consulting specializing in SAP/ERP installations. Ryan has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Beyond work, Ryan plays an integral role as a community leader. Ryan is the co-founder and director of Give Back Cincinnati, a social volunteering organization with 5,000+ members. Ryan serves on numerous regional boards, including the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Cincinnati Parks Foundation, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Downtown Cincinnati Inc., University of Cincinnati Alumni Association, Northern Kentucky Vision 2015, and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Agenda 360.
Tom DeBord, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Tom is in charge of the day-to-day operations. On any given day, he takes on many roles, including serving as controller and handling human resources.
Tom began his career in the payment processing industry at Fifth Third Bank in 1984, after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Tom spent his first eight years in the Information Technology organization, building customer information files, bankcard settlement systems and internal billing systems.
In 1990, Tom was promoted to lead the sales organization, and was tasked with establishing a leading national sales force in payment processing. Over the next 10 years, Tom built the sales force from six local representatives to more than 180 nationally distributed sales representatives. His sales force focused on targeting merchants of all sizes, from single-location merchants to national chain merchants. In addition to excelling with direct processing relationships, Tom also established indirect processing relationships with multiple referral sources, including agent banks, associations, franchises, equipment manufacturers and software suppliers.
Joff Moine, Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Joff manages Infintech’s national sales team as well as the internal sales and appointment center.
Prior to Infintech, Joff worked for Chiquita Brands International and Hasbro before pursuing an entrepreneurial path that took him to Chicago. Working for startup company Sport and Social Clubs of the U.S., he served as Senior Director of National Operations and Senior Director of Sponsorship, and was directly responsible for its expansion into 30 cities nationwide before selling in 2000. Returning to Cincinnati, Joff started his own sports management and marketing business in 2001, Cincinnati Sports Leagues (CSL). He turned CSL into a citywide phenomenon that continues to flourish and grow today. Before selling in 2005, he had extensive experience developing and facilitating marketing programs for clients that included Anheuser-Busch, Procter & Gamble, Diageo, Brown-Forman, Toyota, Coca-Cola, and Redox Brands.
Joff currently serves on several community boards, including Give Back Cincinnati, and is a member of the board of trustees for the University of Cincinnati Foundation, the Shemenski Foundation and the Cincinnati Horticulture Society. He was also recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Top 100 Creative People and the Cincinnati Business Courier’s 40 under 40.
